SALES TAX:
As a business located in the State of Arizona, we are required by law to collect 8.1% sales tax on any order shipped to an Arizona address. Applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on your order and receipt.
If your shipping address is outside of Arizona, you will not be charged sales tax.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Shipping is available to addresses within the U.S. and its territories.
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days. If an item is on backorder, you will be notified immediately. If any items on your order cannot be shipped together, there will be no additional delivery charged for multiple shipments.
Delivery Charges:
Shipping and handling fees are based upon order total, excluding any sales tax.

RETURNS:
Your blissful satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we will accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities.
Please understand that health regulations prohibit returns on underwear products. If we made an error on your underwear-related order, please contact us at customercare@puttinonthebliss.com and we will do whatever we are able to correct the error.
For non-underwear products, we accept returns within 15 days of the ship date. Products need to be in their original condition (unworn and unwashed with labels intact). We will refund your purchase price and any taxes paid. We are not able to refund shipping fees. Processing refunds and exchanges may take up to 14 days to process from the date the returned items are received by us.

We will email you a return/exchange form and a FedEx return label will be emailed to you. Please fill out the form completely and include it with the returned items. Use the provided FedEx label for shipping through FedEx.

The best way to exchange product is to place a new order for the item(s) you want and send the original product(s) back as a return using the instructions above.
